🛡️ 3-Day Replacement Policy
We offer a 3-day replacement window from the date of delivery — applicable only in verifiable cases mentioned below.

✅ Eligible for Replacement (with UNBOXING VIDEO only):
Wrong item received

Damaged or defective item received

🔸 Unboxing video from the moment the package is opened is mandatory to claim replacements.

🚫 What Is NOT Covered:
Change of mind, personal preferences (size, colour, weight, etc.)

Item damaged after delivery due to use, wear, washing, etc.

Claims made without unboxing video

Missing original packaging, inserts, or labels

Requests made after 3 days of delivery

📦 Replacement Criteria:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all labels/inserts.

The item must match the order and not be altered in any way.

Gurvanshu will review video/photos to decide eligibility. The decision of our team is final.

📸 How to Initiate a Replacement:
Share your Order ID, Unboxing Video, and Photos via WhatsApp or email

If eligible, we will:

Arrange a return pickup (where serviceable), OR

Ask you to self-courier the product back (if pickup is unavailable)

After receiving and inspecting the item, we will:

Send a replacement OR Issue store credit in the form of a gift card/discount code

💰 Refunds & Store Credit: 
No refunds to UPI or bank accounts under standard returns

Store credit only (discount code/gift card valid on your next Gurvanshu purchase)

Bank refunds will be issued only in rare cases, such as:

Repeated delivery failures

Exceptionally late delivery (multiple weeks delay)

⚠️ Additional Notes:
Return pickup is not available in all areas; you may need to courier the item back yourself.

For prepaid orders where delivery fails or is refused, we deduct shipping charges and refund the balance as store credit.

COD overpayments due to customer error will not be refunded. Please verify invoice before paying the delivery agent.

💳 Prepaid Order Cancellations

If a prepaid order is cancelled, a flat ₹80 × 2 (₹160) will be deducted as processing and logistics charges before issuing the refund.

🔁 Exchanges:
If you wish to switch to a different product:

First raise a return request (if eligible)

After approval, use the gift card/store credit to place a new order
