Product Variance:
Product images and names mentioned during content creation may slightly differ from actual products due to factors like photographic effects, human error, and design changes.
Rate Changes:
Rates are subject to change at any time due to fluctuations in market conditions.
Rejection Allowance:
A rejection rate of up to 3% may occur, but this is not eligible for a refund or replacement.
Non-Availability:
In case a product is unavailable due to reasons like shortage or price hike, any advance payment might be refunded, and the order may not be fulfilled.
Payment Terms:
Payment terms include 50% advance payment and the remaining 50% before dispatch.
Complaints:
Complaints require an accompanying opening video. However, incidents of transit loss or damage are generally not taken into consideration. Decisions regarding refunds or replacements lie with the seller. Complaints need to be raised and resolved within 3 days of delivery.
